We utilize XACTIMATE, an estimating program that is an industry-standard to give pricing and scope that is familiar to your insurance company. This program speeds up the process and gets you back to where you were before your loss.

We Are Accountable

It is the standard policy of Superior Restoration to obtain authorization from you before disposing of any damaged property, whether it be contents or structural components. All of our technicians are highly trained and certified. Superior Restoration only uses subcontractors that are licensed and in good standing. We require they carry workman's comp and general liability insurance in amounts that do not invalidate our insurance. Each subcontractor is thoroughly investigated. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and adhere to the highest ethical business practices.
