Reason for the Project

A dishwasher malfunction was the cause of this flood, affecting the drywall behind it, some lower cabinets as well as some hardwood flooring.

Details of Services Performed

The lower cabinets were removed so that we could remove the affected drywall behind it and also the hardwood flooring. A complete wipe down was performed to remove any bacterial growth that was present. Two fans and one dehumidifier were set to start the drying process. After 2 1/2 days of drying, we were able to return the house to its pre-loss moisture condition.
